F-1 ethylene replacement filter |

The F-1 Replacement Filter, packed with our own ethylene gas neutralizing media, has been an integral part of the Floral Guard™ ethylene abatement program for over 25 years. The F-1 will fit on all units manufactured by Floral Guard™ under our own label or under special label for our distributors since 1979. The NHV-1800 blower unit constantly circulates your cooler air through the F-1 filter removing the ethylene gas as it is generated by the stored floral products. The high volume filtering capacity of the NHV-1800 is well suited for those applications where the frequent opening of the cooler door can bring an influx of potentially contaminated outside air into the floral storage environment. In many cities, the ambient levels of ethylene gas in the air are much higher than any level that can be generated by the stored floral products. Auto exhaust, aerosol propellants and many solvents have also been found to have the same effect on flowers as ethylene gas. All these contaminates will be removed and neutralized by the F-1 Filter.

We have found that the F-1 filter lasts up to four months under typical floral shop conditions. Replacement F-1 Filters can be purchased on a will-call basis, through our online store or through our Automatic Filter Replacement Program, where filters are automatically sent out every four months as requested by the customer to prevent any lapse in floral cooler protection. |
